To ensure Safety and Comfort Guidelines:

1. Hat, Sun cream and Rashguard: these will help shield their face and skin from direct sunlight.
2. A Large Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential as we spent a long time off shore. A 1 litre water bottle is highly recommended.

3. Sunglasses: The sun’s rays reflect off the water, making UV exposure and glare much stronger than on land. It can cause "sunburn" of the eye (photokeratitis) which is painful and causes permanent vision loss and other serious eye diseases.
