Participants:
These sessions are BY INVITATION. You must have completed the ‘immediate preceding OC introduction course’. These novice squad sessions are connected to the introduction course and are NOT stand alone sessions.

Content:
The four sessions within this course will be training exclusively as the novice squad.

The novice squad sessions will run on consecutive Saturdays and act as bridging sessions towards joining the wider group of RHKYC paddlers. It is hoped that during this time the participants will receive more intensive coaching and training on the following modules to enable a smoother transition into the regular training programme. 

The participants need to attend at least three sessions in this course in order to get pass to next step at development course (subject to final confirmation by the paddle sports head coach).

18 or above

Time: 1330 to 1500hrs

$1,850 (for RHKYC members)
$2,200 (for non-RHKYC members)

Min. 4 ppl and max. 15 ppl
