RHKYC is offering a pre-season training package, specially designed for paddlers who have already taken part in dragon boat training during the first half of 2026. Running from August to December, this is the perfect opportunity to stay in shape, sharpen your skills, and build momentum ahead of the new season. Training sessions will follow the TeamSnap schedule for flexibility and convenience. Please note that these sessions are self-led and not coach-led.

Course Fee (per person from August to December 2026)
Monthly active rower fee (RHKYC members)
$1,700 (non RHKYC members)

Training Schedule:
Every Friday 0600 to 0700hrs, on water training at Kellett Island, Causeway Bay.
Every Saturday 1015 to 1215hrs, on water training at Middle Island, Deep Water Bay.
Ad-Hoc Training Sessions on Land and with Technical Focus
