For paddlers who want to focus on one discipline or try something new in a short, high‑energy format, we also offer bespoke half‑day paddle sports camps at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club’s Middle Island.

These half‑day sessions run from 9:00am–12:00pm and are available as single‑craft camps, focusing exclusively on either Outrigger Canoeing or Dragon Boating. Open to children aged 10 and above, these camps are ideal for beginners as well as those who want more time developing teamwork, paddling technique, and confidence on the water.

Campers will paddle in OC6 outrigger canoes or dragon boats, learning the basics of boat handling, paddling skills, coordination, and crew communication in a fun, supportive environment. Sessions include games, drills, and short challenges to keep the morning active and engaging.

These half‑day camps are perfect for kids who want a taste of Outrigger Canoeing or Dragonboating, prefer a shorter day, or are keen to dive deeper into a specific discipline.

Spaces are limited—advance booking is recommended.
