A valid RHKYC Membership number must be provided when enrolling using the Member's option and price. Members rates and priority enrollment only applies to members and their immediate family. All others must enroll as non-members. Failure to provide a valid RHKYC membership number will result in your enrollment being cancelled. Enrollments made using the membership option will be billed to membership accounts.

Course Prerequisites: Participants must have completed the Adult Beginner courses or hold a HKSF Level 2 Certificate.

Course Details: 

This course takes you through the basics of getting off the start line and round the course, introducing the basic racing rules and revising boat handling skills.  Participants will have fun and put things into practice by having some practice races against one another.

Course Fees:
RHKYC Member - HKD1,800
Non Member - HKD2,800


Minimum Age: 16 

Duration: 2 Full Days 

Course Times: Saturdays and Sundays 

09:00 to 17:00hrs 

Location: RHKYC Middle Island Sail Training Centre

Course Inclusions: The cost of the course includes logbooks and certificates if necessary. Lunch is included for all full day courses with the exception of 'Distance Sail' courses.

Other Details: 

All participants are required to be confident in the water whilst wearing a buoyancy aid. Buoyancy aids will be provided and must be worn at all times when on the water.
