Pleasure Vessel Operators Certificate of Competence Course for Part A (Master) and Part B ( Engineer), the course is organised by A & M Boating Ltd and will be take in RHKYC, Kellett Island, Causeway Bay.

PVOCC PART A AND PVOCC PART B ARE TWO SEPERATE COURSES. Please check that you have enrolled in both or the correct course.

This course will only help prepare you for the exams, you will still need to apply and site the exams with the Marine Department.

You can revise for the government exams in your own time and sit the exams when it suits you. The book "Pleasure Craft Handbook" (ISBN 962 211 070 3) provides you with all of the knowledge required to pass your Masters and Engineers. You can purchase the book in our club ship shop at Kellett Island Causeway Bay.
