Optimist Advanced Clinic

Course pre-requisites:

Members of the Optimist Sharks Performance Team 2020-2021 will get priority.

Clinic Details:

The Optimist Performance Clinic is designed to offer four days of intense training to help improve racing technique and boat handling skills. This clinic will focus at developing both Upwind and Downwind speed, as well tactics and race strategy, with specific post-sailing analysis.
