Clinic dates - 15 - 18 December 2025  (four days)

This price does not include lunch. Sailors will get 10% off if they use their own boats

Clinic pre- requisites - Must have Sailors must have completed the introduction to racing clinic or be a members junior development squad. ( Not for beginners)

Clinic schedule - 10:00 to 16:00 Training (flexible in base to weather conditions). Last day clinic will finish at 15:00. Normal daily session on water will be 3/4 hours. Briefing and debriefing every day.  

Optimist Clinic Aim - The clinic aims to offer four days of intesense training to help sailors improve on boat preparation, sail tuning and setting and boat handling skils ( roll tack and jibes). The clinic will also cover introduction to Team Racining.
